These terms describe how Yanyy.uk, operated by Janis Ribakovs, 29A Westgate, Grantham, NG31 6LX, United Kingdom, provides website and digital services.
Services may include website design and development, responsive layouts, forms, maps, analytics, domain connection, launch support, branding, hosting, maintenance and SEO as described in an agreed quote. Quotes, deliverables, assumptions, timescale and price should be confirmed in writing.
A 50% deposit is required before development begins. The remaining 50% is payable after completion and approval and before launch. Monthly services are payable under the agreed billing arrangement.
The client must provide accurate content, images, access details, approvals and feedback. Supplied content must be lawful and properly licensed. Work outside the agreed scope, including major redesigns, new pages and substantial development, may be quoted separately.
The client's domain, business information, supplied content and approved branding created for the client remain the client's property, subject to third-party licences. Third-party software, fonts, stock images, plugins and services remain subject to their own terms. Final website materials are supplied following payment of amounts due.
Unmanaged Hosting at £7.99/month covers hosting, SSL, server infrastructure, domain connection assistance and basic technical support; it excludes regular edits and ongoing management. Managed Website at £40/month includes hosting, SSL, maintenance, small edits, content updates, technical maintenance, backups and general support. Clients can migrate to another provider; migration assistance may carry a one-off fee.
Cancellation requests should be made in writing. Work completed, time reserved, third-party costs and services supplied may be chargeable. Deposits may be non-refundable where work has begun or resources have been committed, subject to applicable law and consumer rights.
Third-party services may have separate terms, fees, limitations or outages. Local SEO at £19/month is carried out once per month and focuses on relevant local searches. SEO cannot guarantee a specific Google ranking, traffic level, lead volume or business result. Major maintenance work is quoted separately.
Portfolio or case-study use requires agreed permission. Concepts and mock-ups must be labelled accurately. To the extent permitted by law, Yanyy.uk is not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data or third-party outages. Monthly service features or prices may change with reasonable notice.
